In June I took a trip to the Florida Keys (Duck Key) with some women from Boquete and my friend Wanda. Wanda and I worked together at Eastern Airlines in the ’70’s and remain friends to this day. It was great being with these wonderful women. We rented a home that belongs to another friend in Boquete. It had a canal behind it where we swam, and a big pool. We went to Key West one day and of course, at every opportunity we ate, drank and were merry!
The house we stayed in was on a beautiful canal with the ocean beyond and a great pool.
The canal was as great as the pool or the ocean. We even saw a dolphin cruising the canal one morning.
